Beverly Young

Beverly Jane Calico Young, 98, of Siloam Springs, passed away at her home on Thursday, March 19, 2026.

Beverly was born in Selma, California on October 16, 1927. She was the daughter of Edward Loy Calico and Nelle Phillips Calico. She was the widow of the late Edward “Gene” Young who preceded her in death. Beverly was a Registered Nurse and worked for the Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital for many years. She loved to do Word Search puzzles and collected bells and music boxes. She had attended the 2nd Baptist Church in Siloam Springs.

She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Young; four grandchildren, Samantha Nicole Benjamin-House, Nicholas Benjamin, Sarah Lewis, and Nathaniel Fuller; seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one brother Gene Calico.

Graveside services will be held at the Bell Cemetery on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 2:00pm.
