Bhagmanie Babwah Obituary
Bhagmanie Babwah, 87, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went home to be with the Lord on Thursday May 16, 2024. She was born in Dinsley Village on January 11, 1937 to parents Laboui Ramcharan and Julia Williams. She was preceded by her loving husband Ramroop Babwah and her siblings Ramdeo Ramcharan, Balroop Ramcharan, Bissoondaye, Chandaye and Bisnath Ramcharan. She is survived by Dularie Seepersad.
She was married to Ramroop Babwah on April 27 1957. They were married for 62 years until his passing in 2019. Bhagmanie was a loving wife and mother. She was a devoted Christian and pastor's wife. She diligently served the church of Central Vineyard Ministries alongside her husband for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved to tell stories from her youth and was often quick-witted with a comeback.
She will be missed by her daughter, Pearl Carpenter and husband John; son, Ken Babwah; daughter, Ancilla McKenney and husband Mitch; daughter, June Brinkley and husband Shannon; son, Stephen Babwah and wife Mary; grandchildren, Jennifer Rummage and husband Lee, Jonathan Carpenter, Kayleigh Flint and husband Dylan, Justin Carpenter, Kelseigh Schultz and husband Sam, Shawna Brinkley, Oliver Babwah, Gabriella Babwah, Arianna Babwah; great-grandchildren, Marcus Carpenter, Madison Rummage, James Rummage, Jaxon Schultz, Leah Carpenter and Liam Carpenter and Delaney Flint.
Honoring her as pallbearers will be Stephen Babwah, Ken Babwah, Shannon Brinkley, Mukesh Ramcharan, Jennifer Rummage, Jonathan Carpenter, Justin Carpenter, Shawna Brinkley and Oliver Babwah. Honorary pallbearer Aneel Mahabir.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Sterling White Funeral Home, with funeral services immediately following. Paul Lyle will be officiating. Interment will follow in Sterling White Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sterling White Funeral Home, 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd., Highlands, TX 77562.
