I had the privilege of working with Ivonne for almost three years, and during that time she brought so much warmth and kindness into our workplace.
She was a truly lovely person - always in a good mood, full of life, and able to brighten the day of everyone around her.
Ivonne had a special way of making people feel comfortable and welcome.
It is hard to accept that she is gone. She will be deeply missed, not only as a coworker but as a wonderful human being who touched so many lives. I will always remember her smile, her energy, and the kindness she shared so generously with everyone.
The last message I received from her touched my heart deeply. Even while she was in the hospital and in pain, she was thinking about others and sending love. That was exactly who Ivonne was - someone who cared about people until the very end.
She wrote:
"Give Dad a big hug and a kiss for me. Tell him happy, happy New Year. Tell him I miss him and I love him. Get better soon. Give Sammy my love."
That message shows the kind of heart she had - loving, thoughtful, and full of warmth even during her hardest moments.
Rest in peace, dear Ivonne. You will always stay in my heart and memory.
