Bill Baggett

William Robert Baggett, "Bill" or "Bobby", a former United States Marine of twenty three years, father of three, grandfather, great grandfather and forty one year veteran of the United States Postal Service, left us on July 12, 2023 at 11 am surrounded by his daughter, Sherry Carr, his sons Terry and Kevin Baggett and his niece, Jennifer Killets who was as another daughter to him. His light and love were important to us and so many beyond the immediate bonds of blood. He was a dedicated member of Hermitage Hills Baptist Church and was dearly loved by that congregation. His wishes were to have his ashes interred in his family's cemetery with his father, grandfather, great grandfather and all of his grandmothers. A family memorial will happen at that location in Houston County August 5, at 3 pm accompanied by a Marine Corps Honor Guard.
