With heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the peaceful passing of Bill Guehne, who left this world in his sleep on September 27, 2025, at the age of 93.

Born to the late Richard and Lillie Guehne, Bill was a man of quiet strength, unwavering devotion, and gentle humor. He was the beloved husband of Lois Guehne, with whom he shared over 40 beautiful years of love, laughter, and adventure. Together, they traveled far and wide in their younger days, collecting memories and stories that would warm their hearts for decades. Yet, it was the quiet evenings at home that Bill cherished most, surrounded by family.

Bill proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army, carrying the values of honor and service into every corner of his life. A skilled handyman and passionate woodworker, he found joy in crafting with his hands and helping others with his talents.

He was a devoted father to the late Keith (Karen) Guehne and Kevin (Tammy) Guehne, and a loving bonus father to Milton (Barb) Berwin and Dennis (Carolyn) Berwin. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Keith Guehne, Kelly (Duane) Bequette, Alan (Ashton) Guehne, Scott Guehne, and bonus grandchildren Megan (Jake) Busch and Andy (Sam) Berwin. Bill was also a proud great-grandfather to Tanner Berwin, Logan Berwin, Wren Busch, Jackson Bequette and Mason Bequette.

Bill will be deeply missed by his extended family, dear friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His kindness, craftsmanship, and quiet wisdom leave a lasting imprint on the hearts of many.

As we say goodbye, we celebrate a life marked by love, service, and the simple joys of home. May his memory be a blessing, and may his spirit live on in every piece of wood he shaped, every story he told, and every life he touched.
