Bill Reiber

Bill Reiber, 66, of Perryville, MD, passed away on February 27, 2015 at his home. Born in Washington, DC, he is the son of Lillian Barbara Pittman Reiber of Edgewood, MD and the late William Eugene Reiber Jr. Bill graduated from Towson University in 1971 with a B.S. in Music Education. He retired, after 27 years, from Baltimore City where he was a police officer and worked for GIS & Crime Mapping Analysis Bith Group in Baltimore. An avid fresh water fisherman, he enjoyed his 79 Corvette and cooking for his family. He was an accomplished musician and played in the original Hank Levy Jazz Band Ensemble at Towson University and was a Studio/Session Drummer. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 43 years, Deena R. Smith Reiber; sons, Christopher W. Reiber "Will" of Jarrettsville and Scott M. Reiber of Perryville; and grandson, Brooks William Reiber of Jarrettsville. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his sister, Debra K. Smith Reiber.
