Bill Richards

I met Bill Richards 33 years ago. Bill and I spent a lot of time together over coffee, cigarettes, and in Intense conversation.

Bill was quirky, had a sardonic sense of humor and probably the most compassionate human being I had ever met.

Bill Richards was in the business of saving lives. And really more than just saving my life he taught me step-by-step how to recover from a hopeless state of mind and body and live a life that was worth living. For that, I am deeply grateful.

Bill was a gentle sole who took time from his day to sit down to talk to me in an effort to be helpful. I have had several conversations since then and even a couple of rounds of golf together. I will miss him very much.
