Bill W. Shear, age 75, of Churubusco, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025, in Churubusco, Indiana. He was born on May 26, 1950, in Warsaw, Indiana, to Francis “Sock” and Ardith “Joan” (Scott) Shear. Bill honorably served in the U.S. Marines.
He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and two sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1001 S. Huntington Street, Syracuse, IN, has been entrusted with Bill’s care. The family is grieving privately. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorial contributions be made to New Hope Pet Rescue of Syracuse, Indiana, or to a charity of one’s choice.
