A visitation for Billlie Sue Kyle, 85, of Cleburne, will be 4-6:00 PM, Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Lexis Legacy Animal Rescue in Rio Vista, Country Castaway Cat Rescue in Kopperl, Cleburne Animal Shelter or any animal rescue of the givers' choice.
Billie was received into the arms of Jesus for eternity, reunited with family and friends in heaven that passed before her on September 30, 2025. Bilie was born to Thomas M. (Bud) Brown and Ola (Jackson) Brown on July 24, 1940 in Rio Vista, Texas. Billie married Harold B. Kyle on February 12, 1963, in Weatherford Texas.
Billie was a beautiful woman inside and out. Willing to help anyone or animal in need. At 17, she had the chance to star in movies but, the love for her family made her stay at home. She worked in Cleburne all her life starting at 7 years old helping people clean houses, to the hot dog at Shiffters in Cleburne, Prissy Missie dress shop, Skating Rink, TSO for 20 years, Sears phone operator, Pearl Vision and helping Harold run Kyle's Cabinet Shop in Cleburne. She loved her family, country music, dancing and her fur babies. She was a wonderful mother and wife, sister and aunt, always doing for her family and helping raise the grandkids which she held dear to her heart. She will be greatly missed.
Billie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Burnett Kyle and siblings, Mabry Ann Brown and John Brown.
Billie is survived by her children, Kelli Kyle, Jason Kyle and wife Donna; grandchildren, K'Leigh Lomax, Daniel Kyle, Brad Brown and Morgan Montgomery; great-grandchildren, Noah, Finley, Daniel, Joseph, Olivia, Drake, Ryder, Vance and Raiden; siblings, Bobbie Reynolds, Verl Brown and wife Trish, Jimmy Brown and wife Velma and Michael Terry Brown and wife Terrie; sister-in-law, Sandra Brown numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends including her beloved dog, Harley.
Billie Sue Kyle's life was a testament to hard work, passion, and love. Her legacy will continue through the fond memories held by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
