Billy Charles Allen Jr. aka "Lil Billy" to family and friends, departed this walk of life March 5, 2026. He was born to Billy Charles and Tameka Allen, on October 15, 1996. He was the youngest of four siblings. Billy graduated from Abilene Cooper High School in 2015. He excelled in Academics and sports. He had a love for football and his NFL team the Indianapolis Colts. He was a very hard worker. He was employed at Pine Street Salvage. You would always see him laughing and smiling. His presence would always brighten up the day. He loved his kids more than life. He was very passionate about his family, friends, and loved ones. He was a member of the Galilee Baptist Church where his dad serves as an associate minister. He is preceeded in death by his grandparents Kay Sharon Banks, R.L Allen Sr, Cora Lee Allen, Willie D. Ellis Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory parents Rev. Billy Charles Allen Sr and Tameka Lynn Allen. His children Ava Lavae Allen and Paisley Lynn Allen, siblings Ryan Len Allen (Eboni), Stephian Martel Allen, Adrienne Dominigue Allen (Birna), aunt Sheila Banks, Yvonne Ellis, Stephanie Eubanks, Sonya Eubanks, Uncle Arthur Banks Jr, R.L. Allen Jr, Melvin Allen, Cal Allen, Don Allen, Willie Ellis Jr, a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family. To his family and all that knew him, he was a man full of laughter and joy. He was a great dad, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Saturday March 14, 2026 at 12pm at Galilee Baptist Church located 1011 Briarwood St. Interment will be held Monday March 16, at 10am at Abilene Municipal Cemetery.
