Survived by one sister, Janet (Jim) Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Elwood (Garnett) Patrick of Salyersville, Kentucky, with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Billy Ray is preceded in death by three brothers, Robert "Bob" Gambill, Teddy Ronald Coffey, Jerry Daniel Coffey, and one sister, Linda Baumgardner.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 04, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Robert "Bob" Felber officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Saturday, February 03, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
