This man of God was a prophet, the words he spoke to me came to pass in Gods time. He was a soul winner and I gleaned so much from him. He taught me “ if you can kiss the ground you can kiss the son.” I am a better man because of him.

Brother Billy and I went to Mexico together in a RV one year. As we were leaving we gassed up and checked the oil. Over night someone Siphoned put our fuel and drained our oil. Brother Colquitt didn’t Realize what had happened until we were up on a Mountain. The oil light came on and we ran out of fuel. The man of God prayed and with bandits waiting for a stranded vehicle waiting every few miles. We rolled up and down the hills for over 40 miles and came to a stop at a gas station. What an amazing man of God. He will never be forgotten.

Dear Colquitt Family
My life and ministry were greatly impacted by this man of God. He taught me so much, from the Lord's supper to humility. He stirred my compassion for the poor and needy. I laughed and cried with him on the mission field. I loved this man of God greatly. I still kiss the ground so I can kiss the sky.

Heaven is sweeter having gained such a precious soul. My heart goes out to those left to face this separation from Brother Colquitt. However, this separation is temporary! I will never forget Bro. Billy. I attended P.M.V. Church of God for years. He prayed for healing for my dad and my dad was healed by God through Bro. Billy.
