Billy Fisher (67) was born September 8, 1957, in Houston, Texas and passed away unexpectedly on May 10, 2025, in New Caney, Texas. He is preceded by his parents James Fisher & JoAnn Hammac, and his daughter Billi Jo Fisher.
Billy is survived by his son Burl Lee Fisher & wife Kimberly, daughter Audrey Ritchie & husband Charles, brothers David Ray Fisher, Michael Lee Hammac, Ebbie Fisher, James Fisher, sisters Hanna Thompson, Barbara Delome, Deborah Butcher, Brenda Fraga, Pauline Hammac, Naomi Fisher, Carolyn Sellers, thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Billy was a beloved Father, grandfather, and friend to many. With his passing he leaves a void in many hearts and will truly be missed by all.
