It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our beloved brother Billy.
Born in Seminole, Oklahoma on June 6, 1958, to parents John Lee Gibson and Leta Marie (Wilson) Gibson.
He worked for Molalla River School District as a custodian for many years, but his main job was working at many different food processing plants in Oregon for the majority of his life. Hardworking and dedicated, Billy was admired by his coworkers and friends alike.
Traveling was his passion, and traveling with his family gave him the greatest pleasure.
Though he never married or had children, he was a wonderful uncle to his nieces: Tiffany, Cherise, and Stephanie, and his nephews: David and Bradley, and their legacy lives on through their children and beyond.
He was an awesome brother who loved his family deeply, and it showed by how willing he was to help them at a moment's notice at any time.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents. He is survived by his sisters: Angela (Louie), Candace (Tim), Donna (Steve), and his younger brother Eldon.
Though you are no longer here, we find great comfort in knowing that you are in a better and more beautiful place with Mom and Dad. Thank you for being such a great son, brother, uncle, great-uncle, and great-great-uncle.
Memories of your love and kindness will live on through us and the lives you have touched. We are FOREVER grateful to have had you as our brother.
Your loving family.
