He was born September 1, 1964 in Chillicothe to the late William and Zellia Rubble Helton.
Surviving are son, Billy (Savannah) Helton; siblings, Nancy Hughes and Joe Helton, both of Chillicothe. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Sheila Dingus and brother, Kenny Helton.
There will be no public services at the time. A celebration of life will be held at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of WARE FUNERAL HOME.
