Billy Ray Huckins

Billy Ray Huckins, 42, of Henderson, Texas, passed away on September 21, 2025. Billy Ray was born on September 1, 1983, in Roswell, New Mexico. He was preceded in death by his brother, Noe "Buddy" Huckins; his maternal grandparents, Herschel and Jean Moye; and his paternal grandparents, Harry and Pearl Huckins. Billy is survived by his devoted wife of 25 years, Candice Huckins and their 5 children Donovan, Devan, Lylah, Lacey, and David Huckins, all of Henderson. His mother, Donna Huckins of Henderson; and his father, Francis Huckins, and wife Tina of Massachusetts. He is survived by his siblings: Jennifer and husband Todd Caron, two nieces and a nephew of Massachusetts; Angie and husband Eric Veal, a nephew of New Mexico; Julie Huckins of New Mexico; Christopher and wife Machelle Taylor, a niece and nephew of Texas; Dale and wife Laina Taylor, two nephews of Texas; and Jason and wife Christie Taylor, three nieces and a nephew of Texas. Billy will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his generous spirit, and his creative mind. His memory will live on through the many lives he touched.
