Billy Dean Jackson, 84, of Salem, Arkansas passed away February 6, 2026 in the hospital at Mtn. Home, Arkansas. He was born August 23, 1941 in Ash Flat, Arkansas to Randsom and Ozzeta Hall Jackson. Billy was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Joanna "Joanne" Jackson; and a brother, Woodrow "Bud" Jackson.
Survivors include his sons, Bobby (Tammy) Jackson and Terry Jackson; seven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren; a brother, Hayden (Christine) Jackson; three sisters: Diane (Glen) Irvin, Earlaine Rutledge, and Wanda Ortman; many other relatives and good friends.
Billy loved his family and working in car sales. He liked fishing and hunting IF neither got in the way of closing a good deal on a car.
