Billy S. Keigans

Billy S. Keigans, 84, of Norman Park, also known as "Papa Billy," passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 6, 2022, in the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Smith and Bro. Stephan Massey officiating. Chase Keigans, Billy Keigans, Danny Trejo, Andrew Flythe, Steve Brown, and Keith Brown will serve as pallbearers. He will be laid to rest at Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service.
Born on June 13, 1938, in Norman Park, Georgia, he was the son of the late Kenneth Keigans and Nellie Hickey Keigans. He was a farmer and a member of Ellenton Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, John Martin Keigans, Jr.
Mr. Keigans is survived by his wife, Annie Margaret Smith Keigans; sons, Greg Keigans (Denise) of Norman Park, Martin Keigans (Brenda) of Norman Park, Kenneth Keigans (Janine) of Brooklet; grandchildren, Chase Keigans (Hope), Michael Keigans, Billy David Keigans (Amber), Mollie Keigans Flythe (Andrew), Emily Keigans, Billy Harrell Keigans, Anna Keigans (Danny), Haley Keigans, Rebekah Keigans, Kayla Ramey, Megan Ramey, and Ellie Walker (Nick); great-grandchildren, Elaina Keigans, Aliyah Keigans, Gracie Keigans, Jerimiah Walker, Kennedy Keigans and Hayes Trejo; and sister, Annie Lois Keigans Brown (Delbert), and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
