Billy was born on April 5, 1924 and passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017. Billy was a resident of New York. Billy was a graduated of Whitesboro Central High School. All of Billy's many relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services this Friday June 30th at Dimbleby Friedel Williams Edmunds Funeral Home 40 Main St. Whitesboro. Calling Hours are from 4- 7:00 PM immediately followed by a celebration of Billy's extraordinary life including assorted speakers and a Catholic prayer service. Lieu of flowers please consider a donation to a baseball scholarship in Billy Mills' name under the auspices of the Greater Utica Sports Hall of Fame. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
