Billy leaves behind his mother, Lea Weatherly and his stepfather, Wade Weatherly; two daughters, Kaydence Moehring and Lillian Moehring; two sisters, Crystal Moehring and Susan Moehring; a stepsister, Tammy Everette; four stepbrothers, Wade Weatherly, Jr., Derrick Weatherly, Daniel Weatherly, and Adam Weatherly; three nieces, Breanna, Caylee, and Alexus; two nephews, Caleb and Logan; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald L. Moehring.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at Twiford Memorial Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to assist with final arrangements may be made to the BillyLeeMoehringFuneralFund, in person at Twiford Funeral Homes, 405 E. Church Street, Elizabeth City, NC, or mailed to Twiford Funeral Homes at P.O. Drawer 405, Elizabeth City, NC 27907.
