Billy Wayne Newby, Jr., 64, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Billy was born October 15, 1958, in Homestead, Florida, to Billy Wayne Newby, Sr. and Mildred Jean (Fogle) Newby. He was a painter in the construction industry, and enjoyed drawing, fishing, and hunting. Billy was a member of St Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church.
Left to carry on Billy's legacy are his children, Trey Newby of Weatherford, Texas, Kristen Arredendo of Sandia, Texas, and Garrison Newby of Weatherford, Texas; four grandchildren, Sophia, Penelope, Nickolas, Jr., and Elizabeth; parents, Bill and Jean Newby of Mesquite, Texas; and brother, Philip Newby and wife, Kimmy of Fort Worth, Texas.
