He is preceded in death by his parents Clinton and Betty Nickell Sr. Survived by his sons Christopher (Jenny) and Justin. Grandchildren Brittny, Sarah and Christopher, brothers Clinton (Melinda), Michael (Donna) and sister Vickie. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Special friends Elizabeth Conley and Marsha Fields.
Billy wished to be cremated and no service.
