Terri and Tony Arangio want to say how sorry we are that Billy has died. Neither of us have seen him or Charles for many years, but there are some folks you will never forget and who make you smile many years later. Charles and Billy were definitely unforgettable. May God rest his soul. As a gentle reminder to Charles, we were introduced by Cliff Redd all those years ago.
