Burial will be in the Ellington Memorial Cemetery in Ellington, Missouri on a later date. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup is assisting the family.
Billy was born on July 20,1941, in Eminence, Missouri to Floyd and Alpha (Colyott) Rhodes. Billy was preceded in death by his parents; brother Ivan Rhodes and twin brother Bobby Dale Rhodes; sisters Jeanne Kricho and Phyllis "Sue" Kemper; Nephews Frank Rhodes and Bruce Rhodes; Niece Tammy Kissiar.
Billy is survived by Nieces and Nephews; Rick (Angie) Rhodes of Vandalia, IL, Mike Rhodes of Smithboro, IL, Lisa (Wayne) Kious of Dwight, IL, Cheryl (Kurt) Ehrle of Macomb, MI, Angela (John) Donabedian of Livonia, MI, Scott (Scott) Kricho of Scottsdale, AZ, Bryan Rhodes and Todd (Tawnya) Rhodes of Mattoon, IL, Racquel (John) Fagin of Sun City, FL, Roni Sue (Jason) McMechan and Joseph Kemper of Greenup, IL. Along with several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
