Billy was born March 20, 1955 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Ralph Rogers and Leota (Carter) Rogers. He attended Holdenville and Moss Public Schools. He worked as an equipment operator on the pipeline in the oil and gas industry. He attended the Cowboy Church in Yeager. He enjoyed cooking, going to the casinos, mowing, helping other and spending time with family. Billy loved taking care of his mother, Leota.
Billy is preceded in death by his father Ralph Rogers, son Dylan Rogers, and brother Joe Rogers.
He is survived by his mother Leota Rogers of Yeager, grandchildren; Ethan rogers, Erin Rogers, Bryson Buckley, brother Jim Rogers (Clonda) of Paden, nieces; Agusta Rogers, Jimi Rae Baca, Shai McGirt, Myriah Rogers, nephew Billy Joe Rogers. Billy is survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers are Ethan Rogers, Kevin Kilgore, Clint Meadors, Brandon Carter, Jason Carter and Roy Compton.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dane Robinson and Bill Robinson officiating.
Interment will follow at Yeager Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
