Funeral services for Billy Ray Sepulvado, 73, will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery in Shreveport. A visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. Officiating the service will be Father Mark Watson.
Billy was born on November 4, 1951 in Lake End, Louisiana to Joseph Floyd Sepulvado and Virginia Agnes Irvin Sepulvado and passed away in Shreveport, Louisiana on Thursday, May 15, 2025.
Billy was a resident of Bethany, Louisiana. He served in the Army and was a retired car lot owner and salesman. He loved hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycles, shooting guns, and most of all, his family. He would give you the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
Billy is preceded in death by his wife, Martha Diane Sepulvado, and son, Steven Craig Sepulvado. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Mary Santiago and husband, Henry, Samantha AnnMarie Charles and husband, Jeffery; son, Brian Sepulvado; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and numerous brothers and sisters.
Honoring Billy as pallbearers will be Ray Santiago, Porky Sims, Jeffery Charles, Justus Mangum, Dean Sepulvado, and Jerry Sepulvado.
