Services to honor Billy's memory will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. A viewing will take place on January 6, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service on January 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM, The address is 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224.
