Billy Keith Stevens, lovingly known by family and friends as ‘Hoka’, 53, of Roebuck, SC passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024. He was born on July 8, 1971 in Spartanburg, SC to Flora “Elaine” Bearden Stevens and the late Kenneth Melvin Stevens.

He was a hard worker and worked most of his life in commercial-industrial maintenance and construction. He lived every moment to the fullest, always ready for an adventure and guaranteed to bring a smile or a laugh to anyone around him. He was truly one of a kind, a friend who would go out of his way to help anyone, no matter what they needed.
When Keith wasn’t spending time with family and friends, you could usually find him outside doing something or cruising on his Harley. Riding was his true passion, and he’d often tell Tammy, “I need some wind therapy”.
