Billy Farrel Willis, 81, of Quitman, AR, went to be with the Lord on October 29, 2025. He was born on November 13, 1943, in Chicken Bristle, AR, to the late Butler and Veda Willis.
Billy loved working with iron, working on tractors, going fishing, and hunting. But he loved his dogs most of all, Champ and Rascal. He was a simple man, with a simple life. They had been long-time friends with David and Dorene Brown and after David passed away, Billy and Dorene found a sweet companionship with one another through their grief and decided to spend the rest of their years together.
He is preceded by his parents; his wife, Lillian; his brothers, Chester, Bud, and Ben; and his sisters, Bobby Dale and Virginia.
Billy is survived by his wife, Dorene; stepchildren, Jim (Jennifer) Heasley, John (Vicki) Heasley, and Nichole (Jeremy) Walker; grandkids, Ashley, Brittany, Alex, and Ashton; great grandkids, Gavriella, Landon, Kinsley, and one on the way; sister, Linda (Kenneth) Herring; and many other extended family and friends.
