Billy Winters Obituary

Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 2:00PM on Tuesday, June 6th, with Bro. Joe Bogle officiating. Burial will follow at EverRest of Cheatham with his nephews serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 10:00AM until the hour of service at 2:00PM.
Mr. Winters was born on June 26, 1941 in Cedar Hill, Tennessee to the late Hulon & Retha Alma Winters. He was retired with 40 plus years as a mechanic. He also welded in his free time. Mr. Winters loved camping and going out to eat. Billy was always helping others in need. He loved his family and especially his furry pet, Tuffy and was a member of Bearwallow Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Keith Winters; sisters, Wylerdene Lloyd, Imogene Heathman, and Betty Lou Winters.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Faye Winters; son, Billy Wade Winters; many loving nieces and nephews; and his loving fur baby, Tuffy.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Bearwallow Church of Christ, 1520 Bearwallow Rd., Ashland City, TN 37015.
