Billy Adam Young

Billy Adam Young, age 81, of Fort Mill, SC, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 4, 2026. The family is hosting a celebration of life that will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Wolfe Funeral Home.. Born in Salisbury, NC, he was the son of the late Bill Sigmon Young and Iris Klutz Young. He enjoyed watching civil war reenactments, going camping, reading a good book, going to car shows and most importantly, spending time with his family and friends. Billy was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be deeply missed. Surviving is his loving wife of 49 years, Lydia Young; his children, John Young (Karen), Sheri Young Wolf (Steve), Tracy Whitman; siblings, David Young (Connie), Patsy Hatley; grandchildren, Jonathan, Timothy, Kaymon, Adam, Jeremy, Cody; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
