Binh Ninh Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by O'Connor Mortuary - Laguna Hills Chapel & Mortuary on Nov. 29, 2023.
"I am the resurrection and the life.
The one who believes in me will live, even though they die"
(John 11:25)
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Mr. Binh Ninh of Camarillo, CA on November 23rd, at the age of 68, with family by his side. Binh was born in Saigon, Vietnam as the eldest of 9 children on July 4, 1955. He married the love of his life, Tam Dinh, in 1993.
They have 2 adult children, Brian and Alison Ninh. Nothing brought him more joy than being a devoted Father, Husband, Son, and Catholic.
Binh retired as a U.S. Navy Software Engineering Manager in 2018 after 33 years of civilian service and continued as Professor for engineering courses at Oxnard College. Binh's patience, compassion, and willingness to listen and always help others in need inspired family, friends, and colleagues. He dedicated his life to love and endless acts of kindness to model love and unity. In relaxing times with family, Binh adored the beauty of nature and enjoyed planting and tennis. As a patient, he wrote separate appreciation notes to each staff who helped him and was known to the medical staff as "He was a kind man, always smiled, a 'fan favorite' amongst the nurses'".
He is survived by his wife of 30 years Tam, children Brian and Alison, brothers Hoa, Hiep, Dominic, sisters Chau, Jane, Thuy, Teresa, Deanna, mother Thi Nguyen, along with 15 nephews and nieces, and friends.
