Binh Kien was born on July 15th, 1941 and passed away on
March 27th, 2025 at the age of 83We mourn the passing but celebrate the life of Kien Binh Vuong, a humble and loving soul who graced this world from July 15, 1941, until March 27, 2025. Born in Gach Gia and spending her latter years in Covington, Washington, Binh Kien demonstrated a remarkable dedication to her home and loved ones. As a homemaker, and the heart of her household, she invested her life into ensuring a nurturing environment for her family. Her love was a beacon, guiding her family through life's storms and into safe harbors.
Binh Kien was a courageous woman who faced life's challenges with an unshakeable spirit. Her tenacity and strength were rivaled only by her love for her husband Hoi To, and daughter Chau Giang. Their bond was as strong as the roots of an ancient tree, providing a firm foundation and unwavering support. She was also blessed to know the joy of being a grandmother to Quyen To, whom she adored dearly. Her life was a testament to the words of Helen Keller: "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart." Binh Kien was indeed the embodiment of love and strength, leaving behind a legacy of resilience and undying love.
Binh Kien was preceded in death by her parents, Van Vuong and Thi Luu. Their spirit and values continue to live on in her and her family. A funeral service in honor of Binh Kien will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 9:00 am PDT at the Edline-Yahn & Covington Funeral Chapel, 27221 156th Avenue Southeast, Kent, Washington, 98042. A witness cremation will follow on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 11:00 am PDT at Weeks' Crematory, 321 Cemetery RD, Buckley, Washington, 98321.
