Blake Nelsen Obituary
Blake Nelsen, age 73, passed away on May 16, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was born June 22, 1951 to Martin and Patricia (Leddy) Nelsen in Faribault, MN.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Todd Nelsen; his brother, Mark Nelsen; and his mother and father-in-law, Dave & Ruth Slaughter.
Blake is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lynn Nelsen; children, Rebecca Borges (Jeremy Ostendorf), Jennifer (Rod) Brandt; grandchildren, Brandi Bayne, Caleb Borges, Rylee Brandt; great grandchildren, ShaeLynn, Karson, Emmett, and Blake; his sister, Kay (Bob) Mocha; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
Memorial Service will be at 2:00 p.m on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home & Crematory. Final resting place at Branson Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
