Blake Lyman Reese, 16, died Sept. 2, 2025 in rural Kingman County, Kansas.

He was born June 30, 2009 in Wichita to Rachel Sparks Childers and Jason Reese.

Blake enjoyed driving the tractor and working with cattle for the 4-H Fair and being out with his friends and family.

He was a member of the First Christian Church, Kingman; and was a member of JAG and FFA at Kingman High School; and served several offices with the Hawk 4-H Club.

Blake is survived by his parents Rachel Childers; and Jason and Clarissa Reese; his siblings Scotty Sparks, Harlie Reese, Jase Reese and Dylan Reese; grandparents Scott and Karlene Sparks, and Kent and Julie Reese. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Andi Reese.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025 at the Kingman Christian Church. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, Sept. 5, 2025 at the Livingston Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Hunt Cemetery near Rago.

A memorial has been established with the Kingman Christian Church and may be sent to the Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman, KS 67068.
