Blanca Plaza Obituary
on March 23, 2026. Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador she
came to the United States in 2001, she lived in Elmwood
Park before settling in South Hackensack. Preceded in
death by her parents Emilio Plaza and Dolores Arregui;
four sisters Angelita and Aquilina Plaza, Alicia and Nelly
Garcia; three brothers Pepe, Felipe and Raul Plaza.
Devoted mother of Ingrid Carrera and her spouse Marino,
Anthony Carrera, Daniel Garcia and his partner CJ and
Pamela Garcia. Loving grandmother of nine
grandchildren. Dear sister of Norma and Laura Garcia.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral at Di
Chiara Funeral Home, 300 Main St., Lodi, NJ at 8:30 am
on Tuesday March 31, 2026 for a 9:00 am Chapel Service
followed by an Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle
Brook. Visitation Monday March 30, 2026 from 4:00pm –
8:00 pm. Directions/Condolences please visit
