Family and friends will unite on Friday, October 14, 2022, for visitation from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home- Waldorf, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD, 20602. On Saturday, October 15, 2022, visitation will take place at 3:00pm until the Mass at 4:00pm at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home-Waldorf. Interment will be private.

Blanca was an amazing person both inside the office and out. I had the pleasure of working with Blanca for many years. Her expertise and wealth of knowledge in her field was second to none. I always admired her passion for doing her absolute best. One wouldn't be able to tell the battle Blanca was facing as her attitude never reflected anything but positivity. She will be sorely missed! Thank you for everything, Blanca. Until we meet again!
