She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Hartsell; daughter, Tonya Hartsell; and her granddaughter, Jamie Walker.
She is survived by her son, Freddie Hartsell of Cosby; daughters, Freida Hartsell of Cosby and Felicia Phillips of Newport; grandchildren, Tegan Hewitt, John Raybon, Eric Phillips, and Ciera Phillips; also many other family and friends.
The Graveside Service will be held at 1 p.m. on November 2, 2025 at the Abe Hartsell Cemetery in Cosby, TN. Burial to follow in the Abe Hartsell Cemetery.
Family and friends may sign the guest register online at www.manesfuneralhome.com.
