Bobbie Ruth Fowler, 77, of Ada, Oklahoma, passed away on October 6, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Ada. She was born on January 20, 1948, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Ernie and Leola (Bray) Roberts.
Bobbie graduated from Ada High School in 1966. On July 5, 1965, she married the love of her life, Roland Verdale Fowler. Together they built a beautiful life filled with love, hard work, and family. In 1970, Bobbie opened her own flower shop on April Fools' Day, a business she faithfully and joyfully operated for 52 years.
Outside of her work, Bobbie cherished the outdoors. She especially loved traveling to Broken Bow, where she enjoyed walking the mountains and swimming in the creek with her family. She also looked forward to her annual visits to Elvis Presley's Graceland.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernie and Leola Roberts; her beloved husband, Roland Fowler; her son, Kenny Fowler; and her sister, Sharon Sutton.
Bobbie leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. Those who will forever cherish her memory include her daughter, Audrey Fowler; grandchildren, Sylas and Thyri Cox; her sister, Donna Sutton and husband Jim; brother in law, Eldon Sutton; nieces and nephews, Cissy Sutton, Steve Sutton and wife Debbie, Little Ernie Sutton; great-nieces and nephews, Shayla Van Horn and husband Josh, Shylee Patton and husband Riley, Shane Sutton and wife Kortney, Rylee Hayes; and great-great-nieces Aspen and Willa Van Horn, Emmalyn and Adeline Sutton, Nova and Henley Patton. She also leaves behind a host of other family and friends who will miss her dearly.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at A Place of New Hope Calvary IPHC Church, located at 930 W. 8th Street in Ada, Oklahoma.
Bobbie's life was marked by love, laughter, and dedication to her family and community. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
