Mrs. Bobbie Jean Smart, of Lewiston, Michigan died peacefully at The Brook of Gaylord at the age of 81 on September 3, 2025. She was born in Pontiac, Michigan on July 26, 1944 to the late Lloyd and Donna (Crawford) Cadieux. Formerly of Hillman, she resided in Lewiston for the last 20+ years. While living in Hillman, she was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and a Girl Scout leader. Bobbie was a past member of the Montmorency County Fair Board where she served as a lifelong volunteer for 4H. She was also a past member of the Montmorency County Soil Conservation Board. Once moving to Lewiston, she became a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and the Lewiston Historical Society. Bobbie loved animals, especially horses. She is and will be deeply missed.
Bobbie is remembered by her daughter, Jenny (Paul) Bennett; grandchildren, Bailey (Derek) Nolan and Ryne; great-granddaughter, Yvette; sister, Pennie (Keith) Wahoski; brothers, Roy (Wendy) Cadieux, Kent (Erica) Cadieux, and David (Stephanie) Cadieux. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Donna Cadieux.
In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Bobbie privately at this time.
