It is with great sadness that I have to announce that Bobby G. Andrews passed away at home on Tuesday morning July 1, 2025. Family-Funeral & Cremation of Pensacola, FL are taking care of Bobby's final wishes, which is cremation and no memorial of funeral. Bobby was born in Milton, Florida on April 7, 1943 to Glenvie Clifton and Docia Mitilene Elliott Andrews. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara Ladd Andrews, Sandra Andrews (Daughter-in-law) two grandsons, Travis Andrews (Shawna) and Trevor Andrews (Sarah) five great-grandchildren, his brother Cameron W. Andrews (Debra), sister La Rhonda Andrews Shoumake (Charles) and many nieces and nephews. His extended family is Wallace Ladd, Judy Williams, Joseph Gill (Maria), Kenneth Gill.
Bobby Enlisted in the U.S. Army at 17 and spent a total of five years in the military reaching the rank of Specialist E-5. Bobby's first duty station was in Korea, and then when he was back in the states, he began a long career in aviation, and did one tour in Germany. He retired from NAS Civil Service Pensacola, Florida in 1993 after 26 years. After one month he decided to take a part-time job driving cars for a local auction which turned into a fulltime job and was there 18 years. He is a life time member of the Santa Rosa Band of Lower Muscogee Indian organization. Bobby lived a good life with many family vacations and always was happy cooking Sunday morning breakfast for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
