Dear Mrs. Burns and family. I am a long time member of NAFEPA. I was introduced to Bobby 25+ years ago by Elizabeth Pinkerton. I knew Bobby to be a man of integrity, who lead with a servant's heart, always put others first, made time for everyone and made them feel special, and always had a kind word to say about everyone and everything. The world of education has lost a great leader! Bobby mindfully modeled how an instructional should see all children and how to ensure they had access to all educational opportunities. May God bless you and your family with His Anointing of Ease and Peace. With my deepest sympathy for your loss, Jo Gusman

I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Burn´s passing. He was a kind, compassionate man. I taught in the Calhoun County school system. When my husband died suddenly in 2000, he came to the visitation. He didn´t know my husband and didn´t know me well, but he was there to show concern for me at a very difficult time. That gesture of support made a lasting impression on me. There is a little less kindness in this world with his passing. You have my deepest sympathy for your loss.

My sincere condolences, I was a bus driver when he was at Pleasant Valley High school. He made our job a lot easier. He was always fair & gentlemanly.
