Memorial Services for Robert L. (Bobby) Davis will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Wesleyan Grace Church under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home, Seminole, Texas, officiated by Rev. Charles Johnson Bobby passed away on September 11, 2025, in Seminole, Texas. Bobby was born August 26, 1934, in Lampasas, Texas to George Henry and Eva (Crawford) Davis. Bobby married the love of his life Carol Louise Tompkins on June 3, 1953, in Seminole, Texas. They began Bob's Auto Supply in the early 1960's and then opened Handy Automotive in October of 1974. He loved windmills, birds, and was an awesome woodworker and furniture maker. He served on every church committee and was a youth leader when his children were young. He also served multiple terms on the Seminole ISD School Board. He was a member at Wesleyan Grace Church in Seminole; he was also Member of the Seminole Masonic Lodge # 978 for sixty-five years, was a Founding Board Member of the M.S. Doss Youth Center, and a coach for the newly organized Seminole Little Dribblers. Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Carol May 14, 2025, his parents, six brothers Leonard and John L. Sullivan, Max, Dale, James, and Donald Davis, three sisters Julia Dosher, Ina Mae Wood, and Jean Webb, and his son-in-law Myles McMannis. Bobby is survived by a son Russell Davis and wife Kana of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, two daughters Gail Hawkins and husband James, and Deanne McMannis all of Seminole, and a bonus son Ricky Baccus and wife Cindy, six grandchildren Amy Nichols and husband Blaine, Traci Furlow and husband Cory, Dustin Davis and wife Jessica, Jared Davis and girlfriend Victoria Millan, Laura Southerland and husband Joey, Jennifer Caudill, and thirteen great grandchildren Kamryn and Travis Nichols, Davis and Kourtlyn Furlow; Aaliyah, Willow and Jax Caudill, Cooper and Reed Southerland; Jameson, Beux and Camille Davis
