Bobby Hill Obituary
A son of the late Claude Richard Hill and Hilda Sue Mathis Hill, he was born July 28, 1956, in Jackson County, Georgia having lived most of his life in Stephens County. He was employed with Bowen and Watson for many years and later with a Tree Service. He was a member of the Congregational Holiness Church. He loved being outdoors fishing and hunting and enjoyed playing pool. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Dustin Hill ad by two brothers, Danny Lee Hill and Jerry Ray Hill.
Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Skelton of Toccoa and Tonya of Jackson County; son, Rusty Hill of Franklin County; twelve grandchildren; brother, Richard Terry Hill of Selmer, Tennessee; sister, Annette Hill Bowles of Commerce; a number of nieces and nephews.
Memorial service Saturday, December 27, 2025, 2:30 pm at Toccoa Assembly of God with Pastor Tevin Arthur officiating.
Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Bobby Joe Hill.
