Phillip McCurry Obituary
Mr. McCurry was born in Shingle Hollow, NC on February 25, 1952, son of the late. Rev. G.C. McCurry and the late Dorothy Arrowood McCurry. He worked in Quality Control for Reliance Electric and was a member of Springs of Life Church in Arnoldsville, GA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Sherri Kenimer McCurry; son, Casey McCurry; and sister, Andina McCurry.
Survivors include his wife, Sonya Williams McCurry; sons and daughters-in-law, Trent and Christa McCurry of Savannah, GA, Trey and Tanisha McCurry of Toccoa, GA, and Bobby and Mallory Smith of Danielsville, GA; daughter, Jessie Duckett of Royston, GA; daughter-in-law, Alison McCurry of Athens, GA; brother, Tim McCurry of Ontario, Canada; brothers and sisters-in-law, Lamar and Madonna Williams, and Michael and Christy Williams; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Mr. McCurry will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Springs of Life Church at 217 Arnoldsville Road Arnoldsville, GA 30619.
