He is survived by his son, Alexis Hood; daughter-in-law, Cyndi Hood, and a host of nieces and nephews. Bobby is preceded in death by his wife, Jean Hood; son, Brian Hood; his parents; brother, Clarence Hood; sisters, Ruth Storey and Inis Storey.
Visitation will be held this Friday, November 14th, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM until service time at 4:00 PM. A small prayer service will follow at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Booneville Funeral Home. Bro. Ronnie Hatfield will be officiating. Burial will be in the Gaston Baptist Church Cemetery. Booneville Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
