BOBBY HURD Obituary
Bobby Hurd, age 56, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023, at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.
Bobby had been a truck driver and a sawmill worker and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a member of the Mill Creek Community Church.
He was born in Somerset, Kentucky, on December 27, 1966, to the late William Paul and Janie Lohoma (Goodin) Hurd.
Besides his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Michael Hurd.
Surviving family include a daughter, Tiffany Bennett (husband Amos) of Parkers Lake, a sister, Rosetta Hurd, three brothers: Tony William Hurd (wife Rachel), Nathan Paull Hurd, and Joseph Hurd (wife Samantha), all of Parkers Lake.
He has three grandchildren: Kylie, Kendal and Bretlee Bennett and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at the Mill Creek Community Church with Bro. Ronnie Decker and Bro. John Goodin officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 noon until service time at 2:00. He will be laid to rest at the Mill Creek Cemetery.
