Bobby Jackson Obituary
Bobby "Gene" Jackson, 75, of Biscoe, passed away on August 16, 2023, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
Gene was born in Moore County on July 21, 1948, to Theodore and Nellie Taylor Jackson. Gene served in the United States Marine Corps and was a proud veteran. He was also a member of Guiding Light Baptist Church.
Gene is survived by his wife, Margaret Hagler Jackson of the home. He leaves behind one daughter, Barbie Martin of Advance as well as stepdaughters Kathy Willis (Chris) of Hickory and Beth Minton (David) of Granite Falls; brother Robert Jackson (Linda) of Biscoe; three grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Guiding Light Baptist Church at 11:00am with Rev. Mark Medlin officiating. The family will receive friends after the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Gene's honor to Guiding Light Baptist Church, 3355 Spies Road, Robbins, NC 27325.
