Bobby was born on March 22, 1972, to Jerome Clemons and Georgia Ann Kirven in Muleshoe, TX. He enjoyed staying home and watching TV.
Surviving family members include his sons; Xavier Kirven, Luceruis Kirven and Frederick Kirven, his younger siblings; Sharon Kirven and Jerome Clemons, several family members from the Kirven and Tubbs family; Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and two grandkids.
He is preceded in death by his mother Georgia Ann Kirven.
