Bradenton, Florida - Bobby Jo Kight Pinardi of Bradenton, FL and a native of Bushnell, FL, passed away November 5, 2021. The couple were married 64 years until her death. A native of Bushnell, FL, she graduated from Bushnell High School in 1956 and later attended many classes at the University of Florida and Manatee Junior College. She married Norman J. Pinardi of Groveland, FL, in 1957, a student at the University of Florida and an Air Force officer. After graduation in 1958, the couple moved to Aiken, S.C. to complete his Air Force active-duty commitment and later to Avon Park, FL. They moved to Bradenton in 1965. They had two children; Theresa Lynn (John Bakas) who died in 2014, and Robert A. (Dr. Constance) and three grandchildren; H.R. "Rey" Chaney M, and Michael Fuller (Leslie) and two great-granddaughters; Kinsley and Aubrey, all of Tampa, FL. She had a brother, R.H. Kight (Barbara) of Tallahassee, FL. Theresa, a graduate of the University of South Florida and her husband an attorney, were very active members of the St. Leo Benedictine Monastery north of Tampa, where she is interred. They served in many capacities at the Monastery. The Pinardi's son is a self-employed businessman who lives with his family in Tampa. His wife became very close to Mrs. Pinardi in the final months of her life and was a great comfort to her. An accomplished seamstress, Bobby made almost all of the clothes that she and the children wore for many years. She owned and operated an antiques and collectibles business, "Bobby's Antiques & Stuff" in Webster, FL. For many years she drove to Webster once a week to run her business and visit her mother, Almeda Kight, in Bushnell, FL. Bobby also assumed many of the duties associated with the rental properties the couple owned in the Bradenton area. She will be cremated and upon his death, will be interred with her husband at the National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 11:00AM at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, 720 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton, FL.
